Very positive experience. Tom in particular is knowledgeable and helpful! The storage space is clean and protected indoors and two bonuses for us were the conference room and moving truck.

The place is very nice and clean. The manager is helpful and very very nice. She explains everything so you can understand.

Guardian Storage's staff are super helpful and kind. The facility is really clean and secure. When I had an issue they were very understanding and helped me fix it right away, which was a great relief for me.To sum it up amazing staff and facility, would strongly recommend!

I have been renting a storage unit here for over a year. Linda is super fast and friendly. I had to move out of state for a sick parent and when I needed a unit, Linda jumps right on it and has you set up fast and never any hassles. I came back recently and I was in the office a matter of 5 minutes and in my unit getting stuff back in and done in half an hour. That is great service!! Thanks Linda

The storage spaces are competitive/good, with lots of choices depending on your needs. Mat is friendly and professional, and has been very helpful with truck rentals. Additionally, he warned me one time about a potential security issue with my unit before it became an issue. I would definitely recommend Guardian Storage Allegheny Valley.

This is my first time having a storage unit, but I can say the setup process was great. There was no problems. It was easy to get set up. I was set up within 10 minutes. Had a storage unit and I haven't had any problems since the receptionist i worked with forgive me for not remembering your name. Was delightful and love talking to her, and she seems like a great person to deal with!

I am clearing out my childhood home and procrastinated renting a storage unit as long as I could. Finally, I drove over, walked in and was greeted by two employees who showed me several unit options and helped me determine the right size (bonus: we got to ride in a golf cart to tour the units on their two properties that are a few blocks away from each other).Once I had picked my unit, Tea helped me through the sign up process which could not have been easier! They also have tons of moving supplies like boxes, mattress and chair covers, etc that you can purchase at the office, and an onsite van that you can rent for a day to move your items (and it’s super affordable)!All in all, something that I had put off for months took less than an hour to complete and now I just have to do the hard part of actually moving things into the unit.
