Every couple months they raise prices. Has happened a couple times this year already. Paid late, said 24hours now I'm locked out for 48? No access, no help to resolve

Guardian Storage on Centre Ave in Shadyside is a fabulous establishment. They are friendly, super helpful and made a stressful situation seem doable, and even pleasant. I had family come from all over the country and they couldn’t get over how wonderful the facility is-vs the storage companies in their cities. I would never go anywhere else.

Great communication, excellent storage, real people helping you store your stuff. The facility is easy to access and has epic security features. The worst thing that happened to me during my time at Guardian was someone's Halloween decoration kept going off in their unit when I was there alone lol and for real I almost died of fright. But idk I guess if the scariest thing about storing with Guardian, and John and Noel, is that you are gonna get the spookies from a malfunctioning Halloween decoration, idk why you wouldn't just pick them. The gate code is convenient too, and they do daily lock checks on each unit which gave me a lot of peace of mind.Bonus feature: the giant chain link fence is not only to protect intruders from getting in, but you can sometimes see deer in the grass. So, it was like going to a very western Pennsylvania zoo on the rare occasion you spot a deer 🦌 And I was glad for the fence because I don't think the deer liked me lol

I was extremely pleased with all aspects renting a storage unit at Guardian Storage Pleasant Hills. David, the Guardian associate, was courteous and very helpful. A truly people person with tremendous people skills! Oh, the rental unit is really good, too!

I moved out of my storage space here a few months ago after renting a unit from them for more than a year. I can truly say that Matt and all of his staff are amazing, their prices are fair, and the entire building is kept in excellent condition. It is very easy to move in and out: the place has all the different kinds of dollies you might need, and the loading dock is easily accessible. Highly recommended.

No issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. They let me know when I forgot to lock my unit. Found a dead mouse right outside my unit but it did not get in!!

5 stars for Wes' excellent customer service. He helped me navigate a complicated situation with transferring an existing storage unit into my name. Wes provided all the information proactively and was patient and professional. Very grateful for his help.

I had a great experience storing my belongings at Gaurdian Storage. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access anytime I need. The staff is incredibly friendly, Stephanie in particular went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect unit. I feel confident knowing my items are stored in such a well-maintained place.
