Matthew (Matt) is hands down the best manager of the Bloomfield location. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to work with me and my requests. From informing me about my storage unit, to moving in, the moving truck, coming up with solutions, and getting into my storage unit. He was patient and worked so hard to make sure I was accommodated and I am so grateful to have him work with me through that stressful process. He deserves some recognition for his outstanding costumer service and didn’t complain a single time. Ask for Matt, he will take great care of you! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with Guardian Storage at Waterfront. Highly recommend. I had to store my daughter's belongings in between semesters. Ryan the Property manager was very helpful and friendly as was Steve. The complex was easy to access and well taken care of.

I had two separate units at this location over the last two years. Every single staff member I interacted with was a gem. Both of my units were climate controlled and super easy to access. The only reason I left was because I finally bought a house! Highly recommend!

Tea, the manager at this location, provided us with excellent 5-star service. He is thorough and professional. This facility is modern, clean and comfortable. Our monthly rent was also very affordable. I highly recommend you check out Guardian Storage in Longmont for all your storage needs. (We price-shopped the area, and their prices were among the lowest.)

I had an exceptional experience with Guardian! I do think their service is more expensive than other storage facilities, but I would say it's absolutely worth it; I stored pretty much everything I own in one of the climate controlled units at their Centre Ave location for two years, and I returned to my belongings being fresh with no signs of mold or mildew. The premises felt very safe, which was a huge comfort. My biggest compliments go to Ashley and especially Ray (!!!). Ray is amazing. I moved to a new place and had to move everything out of the unit in one single day with just myself and my 70 year old parents. Ray stepped in without us even asking and helped me move things onto moving carts, helped us Tetris everything into my car, offered my parents coffee and tea, and, when my mom told him it was my birthday two days later, gave me gifts!! So, so nice! Just a huge thank you for making me feel like my belongings were safe and sound, for the wonderful and kind service, and for treating my parents with nothing but respect.

Staff was amazingly friendly, even when a small road bump happened they sprinted to smooth it out and it ended up as a non-issue! I am beyond pleased.I have used 3 different storage companies over the years, and this is by far the best. Even the main office is pleasant to work with!
