Cristina had someone leave a large water cooler behind she posted it for free and I just so happened to need one desperately as I am disabled and they are very expensive to purchase! Christina truly save my life today and I am so very very grateful for her generosity! She is a truly kind heart and I would do business with this facility at any time. Jeff the maintenance supervisor was also extremely helpful! I couldn’t have had a better experience!

This is one of the finest examples of a well-run local business I've found on the Front Range. I can't overstate the level of quality and attention to detail I experienced in dealing with the staff here. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their equipment and facilities were clean and effective, and their prices were competitive. I have already recommended Empire Storage to several of my friends, and will continue to do so as long as they're around.

Seven Fields Guardian storage is wonderful. We have used it 3 times for our daughter’s college stuff. It is always clean, and well lit. We have also used the Courtesy moving van which was great. Chad has been beyond helpful and attentive. He is easy to contact and reliable to call us back when we need to leave a message. We could not be more pleased and plan to use them for our youngest daughter’s college stuff in upcoming summers. Thank you Chad for all you did to help us this summer with getting our daughter ready for her move to dental school!

Over the phone the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. But meeting a couple of the staff in person was an even better experience. I had my unit over a month before I actually went in the office. I went in yesterday, on March 11, 2024. On that day, I met A FRIEND in Amanda. Her spirit and kindness are a light in the world. I also met a nice man named Chuck who Amanda credits for keeping the place sparkling clean and tidy, which it was BTW. My overall experience up to today is top tier! It was VERY easy and convenient to secure my unit online, my unit is perfect and spotless clean as is the office, and once again, my phone experiences with Jason, and 2 other ladies (I Apologize for forgetting their names) and meeting Amanda and Chuck could not have been better!
